Thor's Recipe for Finnish
Meatballs

In a large bowl combine 2
pounds of meatloaf mix (ground beef, pork and veal) with one chopped onion,
2 tablespoons of chopped garlic. Sprinkle liberally with oregano. Mix
thoroughly.

In another bowl mix 1/3 cup
of milk with 1/2 cup of bread crumbs.

Take the bowl with the meat
and create a well in the middle.

Crack open and pour one large
egg into the well.
-
Mix the egg.
-
Pour the milk/breadcrumb
mixture into the well with the egg.
-
Mix the entire mixture
together.
-
Make meatballs from 1/2 to 2"
in diameter and place in a large pan with olive oil. Cook thoroughly
(remember there is pork in this mixture)
-
Serve with a salad covered
with a raspberry or liggnberry dressing
-
Wash down with vodka.
-
Head straight for the sauna.
