To Our Stockholders We are pleased to invite you to attend the annual meeting of the shareholders of the Kumquat Computer Corporation to be held on Wednesday, March 23rd at 2am local time at the Best Western Motor Lodge in Coldfoot, Alaska. The resort town of Coldfoot is conveniently located 420 miles from Anchorage. Accommodations are extremely limited. We have been told that average temperatures at the lodge should be well above minus 40 degrees in late March and that visitors should not need to worry at all about grizzly bears in their tents at night. We are looking forward to seeing you at the meeting! Details regarding admission to the meeting will be kept secret for security reasons until March 25th. They are fully described in the Proxy Statement which I trust should be in your mailbox no later than April 1st. Your vote is important. Whether or not you plan to attend the annual meeting, we hope you will vote as close to the deadline as practical, and if you plan to vote against management, we suggest you vote after the deadline to be sure your vote is appropriately handled. An explanation of the various ballot line items is printed on the tissue paper thin envelope that this note was contained within, which you have already ripped to shreds and placed in your trash can.
